Lively and perfectly clean place to stay in, it has incredibly welcoming and exceptionally pleasant staff from cleaning staff to managers. The hotel has a central location excellent opposite the pier & beach.  

Relaxing hotel with a central location to all main Brighton attractions. Plenty of options, brilliant food.

The units were well-appointed with incredible view of the pier.

We had the double room which was good sized and compact with incredible view of the pier. The location was amazing, near Boutique.

Brilliant and fairly clean place, delightful staff. Cosy unit with the windows left open, TV and the bar.

The double room is welcoming and quite. The place has unbeatable and super location somewhere near the sea front. There are some restaurants in this area like Alforno within 5 minutes' walk.

The stay here was very special during my visit. The food was good and the staff was friendly attentive and very attentive.

the hotel was incredibly friendly, truly enjoyed the ocean view from our a double room. we got a room with walk-in showers.

Ideal and lively hotel with the sea view. Exceptionally kind staff from cleaning staff to managers, newly decorated, functional rooms. A lounge, climate control and a patio were nice. Great and brilliant location for our needs, so close 

All the usual facilities, it's own balcony and ample space in the room, magnificent and unbeatable location.

The double room we stayed in were good sized in a very comfy bed. A wide array of food for breakfast, it was fine. Near a bus stop, the location was stunning and fantastic, right on the front across from the pier.  

In relation to the fair price paid, it was relaxing place to stay with good service.

Place was overall clean, everything was pleasant. The breakfast was particularly nice with orange juice, toast, fresh fruit salad to choose from.

Compact functional rooms with balcony as well as the best views. Marvellous and lovely location on the seafront overlooking the pier and very lively area.

Its wonderful, central location was a plus.
